At NG FASHION, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand how refunds, returns, and cancellations are processed.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product delivered does not match the item description.
The product is lost in transit due to courier issues.
Products that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear and tear.
Items purchased during sale, discount, or clearance events.
Customized or personalized products.
To qualify for a refund:
The customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original packaging, along with all tags.

Provide order details and images of the defective/incorrect product.
Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup through our courier partner or provide instructions for sending the product back.
After receiving the returned product and completing a quality check, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer/UPI after collecting required details.
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
Orders are shipped within 0–7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier/postal norms.
NG FASHION is not liable for delays caused by courier or postal services. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment within the agreed time frame.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer during checkout, and order confirmation will be emailed to the registered email ID.
